The most popular French course at the Alliance Française. And not without reason. Many people speak French well thanks to our courses, which are built according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. There is a French course up to level C1.
9 weeks | 27 hours | 3 hours of lessons once a week | €337,5- excluding registration fee (€20) and course material (book 35€)
Course periods per school year: September, November, February, May.
The next course period starts on Monday 15 May 2023.
All General French courses end with a final evaluation (except for the level C course). If you pass, you will receive a certificate from the Alliance Française de Rotterdam.
The Alliance Française reserves the right to cancel a course if there are less than 8 registrations. In this case, the Alliance Française will make every effort to offer you an alternative.

New students: We ask all new students to take a level test first. After this test you will know exactly what your level is and which French course is best for you.
If you are a beginner, you do not need to take a level test, you can enrol directly in an A1.1 course.
