You can easily enroll by filling out the application form below. Please note: new students are charged with an administration fee. This fee amounts to €20,- for all groupe courses for adults and to €10,- for the children’s courses.

Yes! I register

After your registration you will automatically receive a confirmation*. Be sure to check your spam folder. In case you did not receive any confirmation (this can take a couple of minutes) please contact us by telephone (010-4360421).
* It concerns a confirmation of reception of your registration. The actual start of the courses depends on the number of participants. You will be notified at the latest in the week before the start of your course.

  • The course fee should be paid before the course starts. This can be done on the following ways:
    • Transfer the money to our bankaccount (at least two days before the course starts). Our bankaccount NL65 ABNA 0640 1101 50 STG Alliance Française Rotterdam. Please mention your name and your course level
    • By pin at the administration of the Alliance Française. Ultimately before the first lesson takes place
    • By invoice (only possible for companies, please fill in the requested information below)
    • The amount due is composed of the course fee + administration fee (new students) + costs course material
    • Payment in three instalments is possible. An additional administration fee of €30 will be charged.

    Students receive a discount of €15.- upon presenting their studentcard (MBO/HBO/WO).

    By signing this form or by checking the conditions of enrollment in the digital inscription form you agree on paying the total amount and you register yourself for the whole courseperiod. Also you agree on the hereunder mentioned conditions of registration.Signing up for a course
    • Minimum age is 18 years old (except enrollment for children's courses)
    • Admission to a certain level is left to the judgement of our teachers and the outcome of the placement test.
    - Participants will not be admitted to the class if they have not paid the tuition fee before the starting date of the course.
    • Your enrollment is guaranteed as soon as the course fee has been paid in full befor classes start.
    • With no futher notification from us courses will start on the date, day and time as announced in our course programm.

    • When you register for a course, you pay:
    - The course fee
    - The administrative charge (€20) which is valid for 1 year (in case it has been longer then 1 year ago that you followed a course with you will be charged with this amount again)
    - The books used during the course. There will be no refund for the books.
    • Tuition fee must be paid in full on registration.
    • Ways of payment for companies: In case you course is paid by your employer we will send them an invoice on the condition that you provide us with the adress we can send the invoice at the moment of subscription. We don’t send invoices to individuals.
    • You can pay in cash, by PIN or by bank transfer.
    • Payments in instalments are not accepted.
    • In case payment is not arranged for regardless above instructions we will contact a debtcollection agency. The costs of which also will be for the student.

    Course offer
    • It is the objective of the Alliance Française Rotterdam to let you make the best possible progress from course to course, offering you the greatest possible diversity in courses.
    • The Alliance Française Rotterdam reserves the right to cancel any course if the number of people registering falls below 8. In that case, the Alliance Française Rotterdam will strive to offer you an alternative course.
    • In case there are not enough students, commencement can be postponed to allow time for reaching the required level of participation.
    • In case the course you signed up for is cancelled, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Tuition and administration fee for cancelled courses will be refunded in full.

    Absence and cancellation by participant
    • There will be no refund of tuition fee if you cannot be present at the courses or if you cancel your registration, whatever the reason.
    • Students withdrawing from a course not later than 8 days before the start of the classes (only possible by way of a registered letter) will be fully reimbursed, except for the administrative fee paid.
    • If you have missed a lesson, this lesson will not be refunded.
    • It is not allowed to have another person taking over your place in the course. The tuition fee paid can not be used for courses in other courseperiods.
