Fancy trying out yoga or continuing to improve your technique? Join our yoga classes in French!<\/p>\n
The sessions take place on\u00a0Thursdays from 5 pm to 6 pm<\/strong>, on the ground floor of the Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam.\u00a0Maureen Claverie<\/a>, a yoga teacher, will be leading these Yin yoga sessions. Just come along with the idea of taking some time for yourself, moving your body and breathing deeply through the practice of yoga.<\/p>\n Associated element: Earth Earth represents the centre, grounding and stability. Through slow, mindful movements, we will explore the sensation of regaining our balance and creating a stable and nurturing inner space.<\/p>\n No previous yoga experience is required:<\/strong>\u00a0everyone is welcome, whether you\u2019re a beginner or already practise yoga regularly. Each workshop will be tailored so that everyone can progress at their own pace, in a supportive environment where performance isn\u2019t the focus.<\/p>\n For the workshop,\u00a0please remember to bring your yoga mat<\/strong>\u00a0and comfortable clothing. A yoga block may also be useful to support your practice. A bolster or cushion is recommended for certain exercises, but is optional.<\/p>\n It is not necessary to speak French<\/strong>\u00a0to attend the workshops.
