Article 1 | Acceptance of general terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n The general terms and conditions of sale determines all relations between The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam and its members in the context of registrations for training, except where expressly indicated in writing.<\/p>\n\n By registering for training or placing an order, the member acknowledges having read these conditions and accepting them without reservation. They apply from the validation of the registration. <\/p>\n\n Article 2 | Minimum age<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Training is intended for persons aged at least 18<\/p>\n\n However, a minor may be registered with the agreement and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian who signs the registration form.<\/p>\n\n In case of difficulty with integration or a problem related to the course, and upon the teacher’s recommendation, The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam reserves the right to cancel the registration. In this case, a refund prorated to the courses attended may be made. <\/p>\n\n Standard courses are mainly intended for an adult audience. Enrolled minors therefore participate in an environment designed for adults. The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam declines all specific liability related to the presence of minors in these courses.<\/p>\n\n Article 3 | Registration conditions<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.<\/p>\n\n By validating their registration, the member commits to following the chosen training, subject to the cancellation or postponement provisions provided for in Article 5.<\/p>\n\n For standard courses, the student must possess the required teaching materials. <\/p>\n\n Article 4 | Refusal of registration<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam reserves the right to refuse a registration or its renewal, particularly in case of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with internal rules. <\/p>\n\n Article 5 | Cancellation – Postponement – Refund<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Any cancellation request made within 15 days following the start of the session<\/strong> may result in a refund of training fees prorated to the courses already provided<\/strong>, whether the member attended them or not.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Administrative fees of \u20ac50<\/strong> will be applied.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n Beyond this 15-day period, no refund will be granted. However, a credit corresponding to the remaining amount<\/strong> of the training (excluding administrative fees) may be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n The member may also request a postponement of the training<\/strong>, valid for 6 months from the date of the request<\/strong> and subject to the availability of sessions offered by\u00a0<\/span>The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise<\/span>\u00a0Rotterdam.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n Any request for a refund or postponement must be made via the official form provided for this purpose. <\/p>\n\n CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE<\/p>\n\n In case of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, government measures, etc.), The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a course or session. In this case, no refund will be made, but the training may be postponed to a later session. <\/p>\n\n Article 6 | Prices and payment methods<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Training fees correspond to the rates published on The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam’s communication media (website, brochures, online shop, etc.).<\/p>\n\n These rates include:<\/p>\n\n Full payment must be made before the start of the training.<\/strong> Any bank charges are the responsibility of the client.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n Payment in multiple installments is possible via the online shop for a maximum amount of \u20ac2000.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n For higher amounts:<\/p>\n\n adults can pay in 2 installments<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n children in 2 or 3 installments<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n Additional<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0fees of \u20ac10 per installment<\/strong> will be applied. The member\u00a0<\/span>is responsible for<\/span>\u00a0respecting the deadlines, as no automatic debit is made.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam may refuse access to courses if registration formalities are not complete. <\/p>\n\n Article 7 | Payment delay<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Any payment not made 3<\/strong><\/span>0<\/span>\u00a0days<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0after registration<\/strong> or after the date provided in the payment schedule will result in a flat-rate penalty of \u20ac50.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Article 8 | Cancellation or modification of a training by\u00a0<\/span>the alliance fran\u00e7aise<\/span>\u00a0rotterdam<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam may cancel or modify a training if the conditions necessary for the smooth running of the course are not met (security, organization, teaching quality) or in case of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n Training may also be canceled if fewer than 5 participants<\/strong> are registered.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n In this case, with the agreement of the participants, the duration of the training may be adapted:<\/p>\n\n 4 students: 20 hours<\/strong> instead of 25<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n 3 students: 15 hours<\/strong> instead of 25<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n 2 students: 10 hours<\/strong> instead of 25<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n In case of cancellation, members will be informed by email and may choose:<\/p>\n\n The request must be made within a period of 3 months<\/strong> after receipt of the email. After this period, the fees will be considered definitively\u00a0<\/span>acquired<\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n If a course is canceled after t<\/span>he start<\/span>\u00a0of the training and the member chooses to cancel their registration, the refund will be calculated prorated to the courses already provided.<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Article 9 | Certificates and attestations<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Upon request, The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam may issue:<\/p>\n\n These documents will only be issued after full payment of fees.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n They can no longer be requested 6 months after the end of the training.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n Article 10 | Evaluation and advancement to the next level<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Advancement to the next level is determined by the teacher based on the evaluation of the student’s progress, in order to ensure the pedagogical coherence of the groups. <\/p>\n\n Article 11 | Teachers and premises<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam designates teachers and classrooms.<\/p>\n\n It is not guaranteed that the same teacher will conduct an entire session.<\/p>\n\n In case of a teacher’s absence, The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam will endeavor to ensure their replacement. If that is not possible, the course will be postponed.<\/p>\n\n The Alliance Fran\u00e7aise Rotterdam declines all liability in case of cancellation or schedule change resulting from the behavior of a student or a third party. <\/p>\n\n Article 12 | Right to image<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n Photos may be taken during courses and used for communication purposes (website, brochures, etc.).<\/p>\n\n By signing the registration form, the member accepts the use of these images.
