Francophonie -and-Careers-a-la-carte

Francophonie-and-Careers-a-la-carte2

Thursday 23 March 2017 - 11.30 am to 5 pm

In March 2017, the Alliance Française Rotterdam and the Business School Hogeschool organize a conference together to celebrate the “Francophonie”, by presenting the “Francophonie” and the many opportunities it offers to students.

This afternoon programme offers general workshops and presentations that will inform you about career opportunities in French speaking countries and French businesses, about suggested studies and possibilities in French speaking countries, to learn more about professional experiences of speakers and about the internships of other students, in order to gain a better understanding of the “Francophonie” and its stakes in our current world.

For this occasion, we will receive speakers from our French-speaking network in the Netherlands, French organisations and embassies, French schools and professionals from several business sectors.

This conference will take place in the amphitheatre of the Hogeschool Rotterdam and the Erasmus University with a double program.

Have a look at the entire program, including the names of the speakers.

The conference will conclude with a Café des langues at the Rotterdam Business School, where you can talk with the speakers in French, English or Dutch, while enjoying a drink and some French snacks.

Addressing these questions will help understand what the notion of intercultural dialogue encompasses and how (whether?) Francophonie can take on this challenge.
