Inschrijfvoorwaarden / Conditions of enrollment

Korting
Studenten ontvangen op vertoon studentenkaart (MBO/HBO/WO) een korting van € 15,-.

Ondertekening
Met het ondertekenen van het inschrijfformulier of met het aanvinken van de akkoordverklaring bij het digitale inschrijfformulier verklaart u zich akkoord met het totaal te betalen bedrag en verbindt u zich voor de gehele cursus. Tevens verklaart u zich akkoord met de hieronder omschreven inschrijfvoorwaarden.

Voorwaarden

Inschrijving voor een groepscursus Frans
• De minimumleeftijd voor de groepscursussen Frans is 18 jaar.
• De toelating tot een bepaald niveau is afhankelijk van het oordeel van onze docenten en de uitslag van de niveautest.
• Voor uw eerste inschrijving tijdens het lopende cursusjaar, betaalt u:

- De cursuskosten

- Een bedrag van €20 voor de administratiekosten over één jaar (indien u langer dan 1 jaar geen cursus heeft gevolgd betaalt u het bedrag opnieuw)

- Het studie- en oefeningenboek dat u tijdens de cursus zult gebruiken. Voor deze boeken worden geen terugbetalingen verricht.

• Een cursist heeft geen toegang tot de cursus als de cursuskosten niet voldaan zijn vóór het begin van de lessen.
• Uw plaats in de cursus is gegarandeerd indien het volledige cursusbedrag, vóór aanvang van de cursus, betaald is.
• Zonder nader bericht onzerzijds zal de cursus beginnen op het in de brochure vermelde tijdstip.

Betaling
• De cursuskosten moeten volledig voldaan worden bij inschrijving.
• Betalingswijze voor bedrijven: Indien het cursusgeld door uw werkgever wordt betaald, kunnen wij een rekening sturen mits naam en adres op het inschrijfformulier zijn vermeld. Aan particulieren sturen wij geen rekening.
• U kunt per PIN, contant of per overschrijving betalen.
• Betaling in termijnen is niet mogelijk.
• Mocht ondanks bovenstaande niet worden betaald, dan wordt een incassobureau ingeschakeld. De kosten hiervan komen eveneens voor rekening van de cursist.

Cursusaanbod
• De Alliance Française Rotterdam heeft als doel om u optimale vooruitgang te laten boeken van cursus tot cursus
en om u de grootste diversiteit te bieden in het cursusaanbod.
• De Alliance Française Rotterdam behoudt zich het recht voor een cursus te annuleren als er minder dan 8
inschrijvingen voor zijn. In dat geval zal de Alliance Française Rotterdam haar uiterste best doen u een alternatief aan te bieden.
• Bij onvoldoende deelnemers kan de begindatum verschoven worden teneinde aan het vereiste aantal inschrijvingen te voldoen.
• Indien u zich heeft ingeschreven en de cursus geannuleerd wordt, ontvangt u hierover telefonisch of per e-mail bericht. In het geval van annulering worden de cursus- en administratiekosten volledig terugbetaald.

Afwezigheid en annulering door de cursist
• De cursuskosten worden niet terugbetaald in het geval u de lessen niet kan bijwonen of indien u uw inschrijving annuleert, ongeacht de reden hiervoor.
• Voor hen die zich uiterlijk 8 dagen voor het begin van een cursus terugtrekken (alleen mogelijk middels een aangetekend schrijven) geldt dat alleen de administratiekosten (€20) niet worden terugbetaald.
• Lessen die u gemist heeft worden niet vergoed.
• Het is niet toegestaan dat iemand anders de cursus overneemt. Het gestorte lesgeld kan niet gebruikt worden voor een andere cursus-periode.

Discount
Students receive a discount of €15.- on presenting their studentcard (MBO/HBO/WO).

Signature
By signing this form or by checking the conditions of inscription and payment in the digital inscription form you agree on paying the total amount and you register yourself for the whole courseperiod. Also you agree on the hereunder mentioned conditions of registration.

Conditions of registration

Signing up for a French group course
• You have to be at least 18 to be able to joint our French group courses.
• Admission to a certain level is left to the judgement of our teachers and the outcome of the placement test.
• When you register for a course, you pay:
- The course fee
- The administrative charge (€20) which is valid for 1 year (in case it has been longer then 1 year ago that you followed a course with you will be charged with this amount again)
- The books used during the course. There will be no refund for the books.

- Participants will not be admitted to the class if they have not paid the tuition fee before the starting date of the course.
• Your enrollment is guaranteed as soon as the course fee has been paid in full befor classes start.
• With no futher notification from us courses will start on the date, day and time as announced in our course programm.

Payment
• Tuition fee must be paid in full on registration.
• Ways of payment for companies: In case you course is paid by your employer we will send them an invoice on the condition that you provide us with the adress we can send the invoice at the moment of subscription. We don’t send invoices to individuals.
• You can pay in cash, by PIN or by bank transfer.
• Payments in instalments are not accepted.
• In case payment is not arranged for regardless above instructions we will contact a debtcollection agency. The costs of which also will be for the student.

Course offer
• It is the objective of the Alliance Française Rotterdam to let you make the best possible progress from course to course, offering you the greatest possible diversity in courses.
• The Alliance Française Rotterdam reserves the right to cancel any course if the number of people registering falls below 8. In that case, the Alliance Française Rotterdam will strive to offer you an alternative course.
• In case there are not enough students, commencement can be postponed to allow time for reaching the required level of participation.
• In case the course you signed up for is cancelled, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Tuition and administration fee for cancelled courses will be refunded in full.

Absence and cancellation by participant
• There will be no refund of tuition fee if you cannot be present at the courses or if you cancel your registration, whatever the reason.
• Students withdrawing from a course not later than 8 days before the start of the classes (only possible by way of a registered letter) will be fully reimbursed, except for the administrative fee paid.
• If you have missed a lesson, this lesson will not be refunded.
• It is not allowed to have another person taking over your place in the course. The tuition fee paid can not be used for courses in other courseperiods.
