Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, wants to challenge the Roman emperor Julius Caesar. She decides to have a magnificent palace built in the desert in just three months. If she succeeds, Julius Caesar will have to acknowledge that the Egyptian people are the greatest.<\/strong><\/p>\n For this difficult project, Cleopatra asks for help from Numerobis, an original architect brimming with ideas. She promises him lots of gold if he succeeds, but if he fails, she will feed him to the crocodiles. Numerobis knows that the task is particularly complicated and therefore enlists the help of his friend Panoramix, a Gallic druid. Together with Asterix and Obelix, Panoramix travels to Egypt.<\/strong><\/p>\n But Amonbofis, Cleopatra’s official architect, is jealous and will try to make Numerobis fail.<\/strong><\/p>\n Join the Alliance Fran\u00e7aise film club in Rotterdam!
